The site policy is to produce and supply safe, authentic & legal Fish & Fish products of agreed quality to consistently meet customer needs and expectations and enhance customer satisfactions in terms of quality and on time delivery in a cost-effective manner so that there is complete assurance that our customers receive the optimum nourishment and are unlikely to become ill or injured by foreign objects present in our food.
AT OMAN FISHERIES, FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY IS OUR COMMITMENT AND WE BELIEVE IN CONTINUALLY IMPROVING IT BY PRACTISING THIS REGULARLY THROUGH HACCP, FSMS & BRCGS STANDARDS. This will be achieved through:
- Implementing a Quality management system conforming to the requirements of GFSI and HACCP principles.
- Ensuring proper understanding by clearly defining standards and total involvement in quality Standards by everyone in the organization
- Education and training of Employees.

- Ensuring Proper controls when any process is outsourced.

- Comply with both statutory and regulatory requirements.
Quality of the fish is checked
1) While receiving ( for specie identification, sizes, and organoleptic inspection etc )
2) While processing ( for internal organs as well as organoleptic etc )
3) While packing ( for appearance, organoleptic inspection etc )
4) Random checks and in house lab tests
5) Preshipment inspection by both internal and external government approved quality institutions.
